Det \u00e4r inte sv\u00e5rt att arbeta milj\u00f6v\u00e4nligare<\/a> utifr\u00e5n dagens plastkortsmarknad d\u00e4r lejonparten av alla kort tillverkas i l\u00e5gprisfabriker i Kina eller i forna \u00d6steuropa. Dels \u00e4r det mycket oklara arbetsmilj\u00f6er och dels kombinerat med l\u00e5nga transporter och d\u00e5 ofta med flyg. Det finns en stor f\u00f6rdel med dessa kort och det \u00e4r att de \u00e4r billiga! I \u00f6vrigt s\u00e5 \u00e4r det bara nackdelar.

Den vanligaste plasten som anv\u00e4nds \u00e4r PVC. P\u00e5 90-talet lanserades en \u201dmilj\u00f6v\u00e4nligare\u201d variant av plast vid namn PET. En f\u00f6rvisso oljebaserad plast men som \u00e4r nedbrytningsbar. Idag \u00e4r v\u00e5rt vatten fullt av mikroplaster fr\u00e5n i f\u00f6rsta hand PET s\u00e5 man kan lugnt s\u00e4ga att det inte finns n\u00e5gon milj\u00f6v\u00e4nlig plast som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r kortproduktion, \u00e4ven om en del producenter p\u00e5st\u00e5r det.

Eftersom vi tillverkar v\u00e5ra kort i Sollentuna<\/a> i norra Stockholm, har vi n\u00e4stan endast transporter inom Sverige. Vi anlitar Postnord f\u00f6r \u201dnormalfrakt\u201d och DHL f\u00f6r st\u00f6rre kvantiteter. Alla transporter sker med bil\/lastbil.\u00a0

Arbetsmilj\u00f6\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

Sofos Card har kollektivavtal vilket borgar f\u00f6r att arbetsmilj\u00f6n h\u00e5ller svensk standard. Vi har varken barnarbetare eller l\u00f6ner som ligger under den svenska niv\u00e5n. Vi arbetar bara 40 timmar per vecka och vi har 5 veckors semester. Sj\u00e4lvklart, tycker m\u00e5nga men dessv\u00e4rre \u00e4r det inte det i andra delar av v\u00e4rlden.

Tillsammans med Spica, ett f\u00f6retag i norra Italien, \u00e4r vi en del av ett kretslopp vilket inneb\u00e4r att vi samlar in uttj\u00e4nade plastkort som vi skickar till dem f\u00f6r \u00e5tervinning. D\u00e4refter f\u00e5r vi tillbaka ny plast som \u00e4r tillverkat av gamla plastkort. Av denna plast tillverkar vi nya plastkort!\u00a0
